Do we really treat one another as fully human in business?

What becomes available to us when we greet one another as fully human?

What does it mean to greet (and treat) one another as fully human and what benefits come from it? Do we really act like this in the business world?

I think not.

We enforce hierarchies that stratify and separate. We say, 'it's not personal, it's business." we fear to engage with our peers because of potential ramifications.

However, we have seen countless times how providing compassion and treating another as fully human can do amazing things.

Let down your guard. Serve. Assist. Care. You will be better for it as well those around you.
