Thanks to all that have helped me in my first two years of the Afila Group

I've been fortunate enough to have a piece done about the Afila Group in the January 20 Minneapolis Star Tribune. It also coincides with the two year anniversary of our meetings.

I couldn't have been able to get this far with the Afila Group if not for the people that have been involved with it - my wife, my members, guests, facilitators and those that have connected me with wonderful people to talk about the roundtable.

Thank you to all that have helped me along the way. I'm looking forward to another two years of success for my members.

How Little Things Can Get Noticed More

A recent Seth Godin post talks about our upside-down confusion about fairness and it's relation to Dr, Martin Luther King's civil rights efforts. It's a well written post, as usual. It's completely true that, in terms of injustice, small acts hit our consciousness with greater impact.
